Information on Personal Data Processing pursuant to Articles 13-14 of the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) No. 2016/679

Pursuant to Art.13, EU Regulation No. 2016/679, with respect to the information acquired, you are informed of the following for the protection of persons and other subjects in the processing of personal data:

1. Purpose of the processing

The data provided will be used for the following purposes:
a) Promote our business and products.
b) Fulfill the administrative and accounting obligations resulting from the current tax laws.

2. Processing methods
The personal data processing methods provide for the storage of data in computers and business storage, and on the web server hosting the websites that refer to the tenutazuccarello.it domain.
The personal data processing will be carried out on paper and computer by the Data Controller, as well as by the persons in charge, in compliance with all precautionary measures that guarantee their security and confidentiality.
The provided personal data will be kept for the time required for the fulfillment of the accounting and tax requirements, arising from the contractual relationship with the Data Controller, or for the time appropriate for the purpose, in case of data relating to the purposes referred to in point 1.a.

For the same purposes, if necessary, the data may be transferred outside the national territory.

i) Withdraw the consent at any time, without prejudice to the lawfulness of the data processing based on the consent given prior to the revocation;
j) File a complaint to a supervisory authority.
